This is a serious topic, if things keep going the way they are we will have a whole generation of bodybuilders unable to find work, living in poverty barely able to meet a calorie surplus required to build muscle...and forget about insulin and gh.




Look at Johnny Jackson...he had the opportunity to put in the work and get it done. Many youths today might not have that same opportunity.
