On the leaner pics I weighed 163-164 lbs. On the fatter pics I weighed 176 lbs and were taken after eating a shitload of food. I gained all this in a week. The thing is I can diet for 4-5 days and drop to 169, but still look fat albeit smaller lol. So how the hell do only 6 lbs make such a huge difference?
During the week in which I got fat, I ate 6000+ calories everyday of mostly junk, but always ate at least 100 grams of protein. I trained 2-3 times during that week.
Also, I looked much better around 170 lbs when coming down from 215 than after gaining weight from 160-162 (I dieted for 1-2 weeks more after the leaner pics and then fucked up). Why is this?
