Well cause I freaked out from being so bloated overnight... I do have anxiety issues and that's why I binged so much. I was having great progress with the diet. I've already bulked a lot, eaten clean, mixed some dirty foods, slept a lot, taken naps, rest days, changed the way I train, stopped wanting to be a powerlifter, etc. I really believe most gains are made during the first 2 years. I talk to natties who seem to be lost (dedicated like myself) and have been stuck for a while now. They are naive and not aware of how fucked up this industry is, full of pathological, gold digger liars lol. Some silly natties still ask me if I use supplements

I'd say I'm well informed on the strategies and traps that this industry puts in front to you, but I won't fall for it anymore. It's all about hormones. A given amount of test wil produce some gains until you just can't grow no more. I'm not saying it's all drugs or that I will abuse, I'm just saying that no natural will ever be truly impressive. Nutrition is important to stay in good condition. Training is important to avoid injuries and get the most out of the hormones, but that's it.
I admit though, I haven't started researching about sources, so I'm clueless in terms of that. I do know, however, how some hormones work in your body (theorically).
