No cardio today because of leg day. Left Achilles is so sore. Hope to do my "patented" ladder work out on the treadmill tomorrow if I'm capable of walking tomorrow.

I've been thinking about injuries with me. Arthritis runs in the family. My sister who is 10 years older than me is disabled from it. Beginning to wonder if my injuries are related to the inflammation of the disease. Then again it just could be age. We don't stay young forever. I do know that I'm better shape than most 30 year olds when I'm able to walk without a limp.

My friend who is around 55 still competes in bench competitions with a bench cheat shirt. Since he can do 400 plus at a little over 180lbs he thinks he is in shape. He looks in terrible shape with a big gut, fat face and zero cardio ability. Why do I bring up something that sounds so negative? Just pointing out that being in shape means having a hand in all areas of fitness. It's isn't being in shape if you can lift a million pounds but get winded wrestling someone. It's not being able to run a good marathon time if you can't deadlift 300lbs. I know sports require specialization but being in real omni shape requires all around fitness. Off the soap box.
