- provokes people into confrontations

This little twat Vegan gains is highly annoying.  But he is correct.  Meat or diary product are not needed to build muscle or even a great physique.  I'd even say with the right genetics, one could go pro being vegan.  We don't require meat.  Protein requirements for bodybuilders is overblown to sell protein powder. Vegan gains lost me with the black face shtick. Hopefully he learns from it.

I have witnessed a number of bodybuilders make amazing transformations going vegan.

Lean hard sharp muscle and decent size gains. The current traditional diet of protein powders etc was all
a bit of a scam and many of the heavy meat eaters are the ones getting liver and kidney disease.

Veganism is the way to go both for health and for a good physique.
