I must be the only person who actually quite likes Fury. He seems affable enough and doesn't appear to take himself too seriously.
His boxing ability is underrated as well. I'm not saying he's great, but he does possess a respectable amount of skill.

Mixed bag with fury, he does bring some colour & character to the heavyweight scene.
Though sometimes he could think a little more before spouting off.
He definitely improved his fight tactics when he fought Chisora.

I'd like to see him & Joshua fight.

Will be Vlad hardest defence for years. Fury's heart is his biggest strength, but it works both ways. He will stand toe to toe and exchange at points in the round where he shouldn't be, which will be his downfall in this fight I think, but Vlad will be surprised at how much Fury comes at him for the whole fight.

Klinchko is not exactly a KO specialist. That's probably why most of his fights are so boring

He is a KO specialist. He just fights cautiously because he can't "fight". In terms of punching power, he's up there with the very best in HW history.

If I had to win some money on this bout, I would put it on Klitschko by TKO in round 10 or 11. Would so love Fury to win this, just to see his "I told you so" face and youtube meltdowns hahaha

But I can see it going the same way as a lot of his fights: Gets a bit too confident in the opening 2, little bit of a scare/knockdown as a result, but ultimately takes all that Wlad can give him for a good 10 rounds. If it goes to the cards, it will be a decision for Wlad due to location and probably successful jabs etc.

I pretty much agree. No way Fury will win this on the cards. His only chance is a KO so I have a feeling he might try to "rush" Wlad. I wouldn't be surprised if he comes out swinging in an attempt to catch Wlad cold. I don't see it working but I do see Fury giving Wlad problems in the first 2-3 rounds and even roughing him up.
However, I think Wlad will take control and by the mid rounds, will turn it into target practice for his right hand with Fury taking somewhat of a beating.

Wlad by TKO by the 8th or 9th round but with Fury winning the respect of fans by showing plenty of heart.

This..when he gets hit he goes for the knockout. He is quite happy to sit back and box carefully and win without getting a scratch. Boring but very effective.

Exactly... He's boring because he didn't want to take many risks and expose his suspect chin, so jab-jab-jab-jab-right hand-restart, but he has a lethal punch... In terms of punching power he's up there with the best punchers in history, i would put him behind freaky Foreman and not many others, if at all...

Fury has a glass jaw, he's been wobbled by blown up cruisers and isn't a huge puncher him self... He is awkward and big, not as many that can match klitchko size for size and who will attack him..

Only heavy who could potentially beat vlad is Joshua in a few yrs, altho he will be retired by then

Joshua has been sparked by Cruisers in sparring, noticed how he never fights aggressive come forwardfighters? Why is that then? Because he struggles terribly with them. Id pick a prime Tyson or Frazieror Foreman Dempsey Marciano, even Tua and Ike to have him out of there in 90 seconds. FRAUD

I think the majority of the British public don't 'get' Fury, and what he does with all the trash talking. In the same way, a lot of posters on here don't understand other posters, taking them seriously when they are only building a funny persona and so on.

I started watching Fury from his first bout with McDermott, and once I had watched plenty of his other shit talking/training vids and interviews, I 'got' him, and instantly was a fan.

Once you get his angle, its entertaining as fuck! Great for the sport.

I don't understand how anyone can really hate the bloke, he doesn't even take himself seriously enough for that.

Same here, it would be interesting to hear stories about AJ from someone close... I'm not very familiar with him still, i only know that he got gifted not one, but two matches in the 2012 London Olympics, against Savon and Cammarelle...
