Why would anyone want to know how many pounds of food they eat in a day ?
So they know how much muscle you put on silly. Simple equation that I perform daily. You weigh how much food you ate, then collect your logs in a tupperware bin. At the end of the day; food in - shit= muscle.In fact I ate nothin but 30lbs of bacon a day for the last month and only took a dump 0ne time and it was about only 2lbs. So by my calculations I put on 888lbs of muscle in one month.
