I've lost count of all his recent surgeries but this one sounded painful as hell!!

"These are the 2 screws the Dr inserted into my lower back L3-4. This by far is the most pain I have ever experienced in my whole entire life. The pain was so bad the last 2 days I wanted to shoot myself. They gave me every pain pill and morphine drip they had and nothing worked. I finally had my workout partner Pastor Cory say a prayer over me and that eased the pain enough for me to fall asleep. I did awake today feeling a little better but I've been on pain medication every 3 hours non-stop and that is helping me too. I am still very much forward looking to the day this is all over so I can get back to the gym and lift some lightweight baby. Y'all know how I feel about that, it's gonna be on like a Fire Zone. #yeahbuddy #lightweightbaby"

What is happening with Ronnie?

Double hip replacement and his back is done..... being a law enforcement official must have been hard on his body.

Right before the surgery he was struggling to shrug 180s and swinging while doing curls. I suppose he figured it's being fixed soon anyways.

With his neck fused, this, two artificial hips and god know what else he needs to really do #lightweightbaby!

I hope he has good ortho surgeons. He was doing things that made me shake my head after is cervical spine fusion.
