He is big on insulin and other stuff. He is also an idiot with close calls because he has no  clue what he is doing.

But what other board? I have not posted elswhere in a hell of a long time. Anyway, I never used slin more than like 3 weeks and the peptides I did back in those days did not even work!

Those pics you idiot were taken when I was using 500mg test and would use like 30-40mg dbal in shots in 3 weeks max. But I lived the lifestyle like a monk, did not miss meals, naps, trainings. Ever. So you get what you put in huh?

Not until recently did peptides do anything and i used them for 3 weeks as I got tired of doing the shots. That was about 2 months ago.

Dude, you have no chance in trying to humiliate me if this is your angle, anything you say or do is simply shooting yourself in the foot or pissing in the wind.

I am really quite homo about Ritch's upper pecs in that pic (no homo). Ever since that damned thread about targeting the upper pecs, I've been obsessing about mine. Damn it!

Upper pecs baby! I never do flat anything or decline, all upper. Yet I read from "experts" they have no impact. Dunno about that... I'd have flat out boobs if I did lower or flat as the upper would appear weaker and who has too much upper pec? Nobody!
