This issue makes me think then why do athletes who test positive for testosterone synthetic derivatives get banned?  It seems the IOC's most basic drug testing conclusion is a higher than average T:E ration gives an athlete an unfair advantage it shouldn't matter if that ratio is unbalanced due to endogenous or exogenous testosterone.

It's called adreno-genital syndrome....

Could be slightly (just a bit more muscular) to severe (very muscular, increased body hair, enlarged clit).
Caused by an adrenal gland disorder.
