I'm going to join Facebook as "heathfan" and start following him. I'll be his biggest fan. I'll start off slow but gradually become more obsessed and stalkerish to the point where he'll go to bed worried that I might be standing over him.

Dude had a good point. It is a really annoying habit among the fitness community (especially women) to post pictures of them with food. Sometimes it is likely sponsor dictated, like Karina Nascimento posts tons of pics like this - but it is still very annoying and superfluous.

Do you really find it annoying? I mean, even for a non-fitness industry person, I like seeing posts about food. A co-worker went to this trendy chicken place here and got a ton of likes when he posted about it.

But, specifically for bodybuilders/fitness industry, it's like part of their thing. He's Mr. O- it is pretty likely that he gets a ton of requests asking about what he eats.

Poor dude..........

He thought he'd become a legend, troll Heath for his dumb meal pics, instead the champ owned him and now the getbig feeding frenzy  is about to begin.


I feel almost as bad for this dude as the surfer who got attacked by a shark, because at least the surfer had a chance.

It's ironic that a picture  of food would be his inevitable undoing.

This will not end well.
