Guy backed out.  Ernie was ready to go in the UK, they had everything set up for a DVD of the match, but Guy backed out at the last minute.  

Then, he goes on the net, and tries to act tough, but it's all an act.  

Ernie doesn't care enough to go online and post on this, and Guy knows this.

Gee I never heard this. He should have told me he excepted the fight. He was in Vegas for the Olympia he could have contacted me and we could have done this in LA no problem! Why did he not call me?

We are in different weight divisions though.. I am super heavy and you maybe middle weight? NM it would not be fair to you.
