O'hearn and Robby training arms.

Robby is like 25 years older than Mike, and he is keeping up pretty well. Amazing.

O Hearn press lol, I have been doing that exercise for many years for triceps. I use all kinds of different extensions for triceps.

From that video, I learned how to do a barbell curl, preacher curl and underhand pressdowns.

I met Robbie a few years ago and I'm going to guess he was 5'5 or so.

I wonder what he weighs now.
