Flaxseed oil baby, this stuff Is amazing and its cheap, £10 for a months worth and it works and its not naughty and illegal like deca!!

Wrong!  The one & only way to build muscle is w/ drugs which if used long enough will also permanently take it away.  Its the only way.

Flax contains Omega 3 Fatty Acids and can also increase HDL's

The conversion of ala to epa and dha from flaxseed is very low

If ones diet consists of a high omega-6 to omega-3 ratio then the conversion is even lower

 if your goal is to get epa and dha from omega-3's then its far better to consume straight fish oil, sardines, salmon ect

Btw: Rancid flaxseed oil tastes like rotten beaver
