There was a dude a while back, I forget his name, but he was a notorious Yahoo troll. He'd troll the comment section of articles and people would take the bait just like this. It was a thing of beauty. I'll try and find it.

Just typical foil hat logic, which comes from a total ignorance and massive stupidity. Problem is that this is the way they plant their thoughts to the minds of the other ignorant stupid's and after awhile it becomes a fact to them. Hidden fact in this buffer is clear: when you have stop laughing and do your math, you realize that it cost only 1.1 $ per American  ;D

I do this shit on Facebook news sites. Most people just take everything you say so seriously. I either don't comment further or just go dumber to make it last longer.

Just go on them and write something that sounds ignorant unless the person was smart enough (read getbigger) to get it.

I've done this a few times on FB, but regular folks just melt the fuck down. Last year around Thanksgiving, somebody had a random post about how much they like cilantro. I started going on about how cilantro come over with the pilgrims and just rode it into the ground. I swear, I was going to cause about 6 aneurisms. I never admitted defeat. At the point that real violence was being suggested, I just walked away. I think that some of my real "friends" are still angry about that.

Fucking amateurs.

Actually, it was Marco Polo who first introduced coriander to The New World after rounding Cape Horn on his circumcision of the globe in his ship The Beagle.

I guess 'The Beagle' was a popular name for a ship back then, since Darwin's expedition ship had the same name.

Same boat.  It was awarded to him.  He won it in a raffle.
