What is your current prioritized goal?

A getting as big and cut as possible

B staying healthy/healthy appearance long term

Just one or the other.

Where do you make polls? Usually vbulletin has this as a button...

To win the APF RAW Nationals and go on to Worlds. Just need to stay consistent and focused. Hardest thing for me.

- Go bald
- Get approximately 6" shorter
- Get a good GH gut going. 40+"
- Get that "glazed donut" sheen
- Get to a crowded pool
- Slowly walk around with ILS and see if any of "the ladies" notice.

To be healthy.My current goal has been in motion for 3 weeks,im trying to get to 215 and have 20" arms at 6'1.5".I started 3 weeks ago when i noticed i had gone up to 237 from the usual 230.I have been doing cardio for an hour every morning and eating very clean and light,since then i am 223 with 20 5/8 arms so i think i can do it.So my goal is a helathy lighter bodyweight with big arms and to wear a 32" jean.

get as big as possible so I can compete.

going to spend a year or 2 blast/cruising, increasing dose and changing compounds until i feel like i can make an impact once i diet down.

be dead before x, but don't worry I was ready to die a long time ago.

Hahahah,ive always trained arms harder and more often than anything else and still do.My calves are very good legs small but cut,i have a slipped disc and bulging disc as well as bad knees so all i do for legs is leg extensions and leg curls and lots of cardio.But i like the slim leg big arm look and always have.My family has great genetics for arm size so i know i can hold it while dropping down.

Made the mistake of agreeing that I would train with my son to help get him ready for football (weight training, conditioning, speed, routes, etc. This will not end well, I will die. So my goal now is to just stay alive.
