Dear Army of One,
Because you asked me and because I want to be honest while on Get Big I will give you my honest response as to how I come home and deal with such utter chaos.
I get in my Ferrari, I go down a long stretch of highway blasting Iron Maiden's "Run To The Hills" (yes, cliché, but it works for me) and then I go to a strip club.
Given that I don't drink alcohol, I pursue my one intention of procuring a thin stripper with big implants and proceed to cajole her out of the club for some Italian food at
a decent restaurant and then to have sex with me.  No talking afterwards, no listening to her problems or those of her kids or why the baby's father doesn't want to pay child support.
Simply some really good Italian food, porno sex and then leave her place and go home to watch Family Guy.
I tell you because you asked.

Dear 240 is Back,
Given that I am no one in the world of bodybuilding and sit prostrate to no one in that world, there is no chance of any
company forcing me off GetBig.
If I left GetBig again, it would be my own choice and not due to bowing down to pressure from some huge conglomerate
designed to sell fake, bullshit product to people who earnestly believe it will help them achieve their dreams.  They are deceivers and
"dream robbers" if their products are a sham and I won't be part of that.
Also, I have some inside news on a very big supplement company.
One of the biggest names out there has failed to pay one of its athletes, a very famous UFC star from New Jersey.
I haven't seen that written anywhere on GetBig yet so, again, remember that I wrote it first when it hits big.

Harley,

Do you think you could curl a barbell with 80kg on it? That's about 175 pounds.

Thanks

Dear HarleyBreite,

Perhaps I expect more from an expert trial lawyer and BJJ champion with silky, silvery coiffed long locks, but "Personally, in my own opinion," is redundant. Please exercise the rules of auctorial parsimony going forward. Moreover, your allusion to the N. Korean fathead should read "with impunity."  I remind you that you stand before the court of Getbig, where clarity of expression and scented lube are required for the tribunal to masturbate adjudicate evenhandedly.

I await your response to  _aj_’s important question.

Thank you, and have a good day.

Dear AJ,
There is absolutely no way I could curl 175 barbell.
I was never a very strong lifter (except on legs) as I concentrated on training as heavy as I could but
without ever forfeiting too much good form.
I've seen too many guys getting hurt attempting to move weights far beyond their limit.
Craig and I never flat bench with a bar as we both feel that is how virtually ever pec tear occurs.

Interesting. What would you say if I told you that this guy claims he can?

Dear AJ,
I am unfamiliar with the man previously pictured.
His claims of strength are quite prodigious but there are those out there who are quite naturally
strong despite physiques which would imply otherwise.
The best I have ever done on Incline Dumbbells was 120 pounds for 10 reps.
  The best I have ever done on Squats is 405- 10, 500- 15, 550- 10 &  600- 2

Khan, I am fan of yours, but i must warn you that i will not tolerate any grandiloquent displays of intellectual pomposity, when the purpose is to mock a man of Harley's stature. He is a radical, not to be constrained by the rigours of grammatical correctness. We are fortunate to have him here, therefore i must ask that you refrain from any pedantic outbursts in future.

I would also like to condemn your shameful and utterly reprehensible attack on an indefatigable champion of socialism, supreme leader Kim Jong-Un. To describe such a man as a "N-Korean fathead", is simply inexcusable.

 ;D

OK, CaptainFreedom, I shall have to revisit my thoughts on these matters.

Mr. Breite,

Thank you for answering _aj_'s question. Those are very good lifts; especially, for one with with such a flowing mane (even if it resembles that of a syphilitic lion).

Have a nice evening.

Dear AJ,
Seeing as you have been very generous in educating my on the ways of GetBig, may I ask a question of you?
Someone was kind enough to start a thread called "Harley Breite Appreciation Thread" to which I have been responding.
Apparently, my personal Judaism has affronted someone known as Wiggs who is adamant in convincing me of things
unrelated to bodybuilding.
It appears I have angered Wiggs.  I feel a bit guilty in angering someone so quickly but I just wanted to
come here for some bodybuilding and good, kool stories.
My Question:  Should I feel guilty in angering one of you beloved members?

Harley,

Do not worry yourself about angering Wiggs. While he is a beloved member, he is quick to anger and quick back to humor. He has odd beliefs, which are perfectly in keeping with the oddity of us all.

Dear Harley

I know you didn't ask me but Wiggs is a pot head who claims the earth is flat and that there's an invisible planet close to the earth that nobody has ever seen. So no, you shouldn't feel guilty.

Harley,

That's not Wiggs hating. That's "Professor Wiggs" dishing out "knowledge". Just let the absurdity wash over you.

For instance, by all accounts, I am a normal and rational family man with a good job, yet I have just spent the past 3 days arguing with an Iranian midget in London about who "owns" who, physique wise. Is this the actions of a sane man? Hard to say. As I said, let the absurdity wash over you and don't fret too much over any part or you shall miss the beauty of its entirety.

Hartley,

What is your opinion of some of the well-known East coast "establishment," like Jim Manion or Mr. Bev Francis?  Got any stories?  Negative ones preferably?

Dear SaintAnger,
I know you won't like my responses but here goes:
Jim Manion-  I have never met him.  All I can say is that he has always been nice to Craig when Craig wished to enter a contest
past the "due date."
Steve Weinberger- I have met Steve many times and he has been nothing but generous and nice to me.  He may not appear to be loquacious,
but Steve has sat down with me and offered me advice on Craig's career which proved to be very beneficial.  Steve is very knowledgeable with
regard to the sport of bodybuilding and he definitely knows how to set up and run a successful gym.  For those who want to train at a gym with
real energy, his is a great place.  Every time I walk through the door, I taste the hardcore nature.  Of course, he has regular people in their too but
you can go there on any afternoon and see top notch physiques, competitors and pro bodybuilders.  I did recount the story of how nice Bev was to me
some years ago when I lost all my 16 tickets to the NY Pro and she personally took me and all my people and sat us in our correct seats.  She was very
nice to me and at a time when she could not have been more busy or had more stress placed upon her.
Whatever the politics of bodybuilding might be, they are no different than in any other endeavor.  At least here, in bodybuilding, we can all see for ourselves
just who has dedicated themselves to the sport and who hasn't.  Steve has dedicated himself, in many aspects, to the sport and while no one is perfect, he runs
a great gym, a tight show and has good advice to give if you can get it.
Sorry if this isn't what you wanted but I have to be honest.

Wiggs is a delusional plantationinhabitant that is nothing to worry about,

Pay no heed to his outbursts about Hebrews or whatnot. He sees the world as dark instead of light.

To him everything is black.

He also worships Nibiru and is awaiting the return of King Ghidora from Planet X.

Another is to open "additional options" and upload a pic. It has to less than 500k.

[Not related to this thread, but...]  Thanks AJ, I'd struggled with this until now.  (Now all I need is the balls to start a thread - watch this space)
