I think with social media and the way our technology and communication methods are growing is devastating to marriages. Today it is so much easier to meet another then it was just 10 or 20 years ago. The thought of 'lets work this out' is turning into 'I'll meet someone else'.

Marriage really seems to be a set up for disaster these days. Why get married with the high risk of divorce?  Marriage is by far one of the biggest decisions a person can make, and even more surprising is that the terms of this agreement are not known until a divorce occurs and the terms are dictated by the courts usually to the benefit of the woman.  I would rather date multiple women, have lots of sex, save my money, and have the freedom to do what ever I want when I want. Sounds better then being nagged into an early grave.

This ir true too. The world is changing so fast. People over 50 were pretty much miserable 20 years ago if divorced/not married, and they are e-dating like no big deal these days. My friends father, who's over 90, spens his days browsing the web, it's nuts lol..

Its simple really. lots of marriages and lots dont. It ends up being roughly 50%. So lots on either side. Problem is when it fails usually the man gets fucked... Royally fucked.

Why the fuck would any man get into a marriage ? A 50% chance of a divorce that would cripple you? Thats just stupid.
I'm very happy for the 25% ( and thats being generous) of married men who dont get divorced and are happy in their situations but it would  be incredibly foolish to take that chance when you absolutely dont have to.

Both sides are right to some extent. I always suggest to strive to earn as much money as possible. Marriage or not - it will save your ass in most situations down the road. Fuck it... even if alone, old and miserable, one can still at least plow a highest class escort once in a while, at the worst case. While if poor and ending up alone (whetber by choice or by divorce) - pray god for help...
