Has the same bicep look that Steiner has/had. Big gap near the elbow area. Anyone with a gap like that is going to have a decent peak no matter what just from the muscle being shortened.

a tear or severe strain can make a bicep peaked like that. a tear in the shoulder attachment

both his are though so probably genetic short bicep
