Michael Sam Finally Made It Into The First Pro Game

Got put in 5 minutes before the end of the first half, didn't start.  He's much faster than he was previously and not made any mistakes or got any penalties....actually playing better than I expected.  Still looks like he needs to adapt to Canada football. Being a little too cautious on the field but he's under a great deal of pressure to succeed.

He was cautious the first half but the second half he was much more aggressive and was pushing lineman out of the way and laid a decent hit on the quarterback.  They changed the lineup and just kept him out there for the rest of the game.  Pretty clear that he belongs in pro football

Yes, he did it once.  But the name of the game in the NFL isn't "make good reads and passes SOME of the time".

Tenow was horribly inconsistent. Tebow missed open receivers all of the time.  And once Belicheat showed how to defeat him - confuse and crowd the line, push him back ten yards and force him to throw into 1-on-1 coverage, the NFL has been able to defeat tebow soundly (yes, even in practice) consistently.

ONce the NFL learned his gimmick, and once he lost a little speed from the hits, Tebow became a solid 3rd string QB - and then he threw a hissy fit when an actual passing QB like the alabama kid was started over him in NYJ.

They say Tebow can throw this year, and I hope so, cause i LOVE watching him play.  But really, using ONE PLAY to show us why he shuld be a starting QB, one of the 32 elite in the world?

Which of the starting 32, right now, can tebow throw better than?  NONE.

Lol! No way. He was passed over by teams passed 248 times for a reason other than him being gay. He was given a shot by the Rams and Cowboys and didn't make it happen. He didn't even record a tackle yesterday. Pretty clear that he doesnt even belong in Candian football

Canada Football is not easier than US Football....you have just as much talent, receivers can run before the play making it more difficult to score sacks, and there's only 3 downs.  Michael Sam wanted to play football and he's doing what it takes to play....even going to Canada.  Can't hate on that

And Canadian football is easier simply based on the level of competition. It's not like there all a bunch of nfl caliber warren moons and Cam Wakes out there who are playing in Canada over the nfl. Sam's job is to rush the passer and defend the run. There's no damn difference between the nfl and Canada with that position

There's nothing impossible when you have steroids.  CFL drug testing is almost null and there's plenty of sources.  He can play for 2 years, spike up during that time and come right back to the states.  With his CFL salary, he can certainly afford it.  At least he's doing shit rather than waiting around like other folks
