Sure, technically anyone can get into that kind of shape, but there is a reason why 99% of people do not look like Sev does. It simply takes more than most are willing to give.

I said he "walked the walk" because he said he was going to compete, and he followed through on that promise. I will add that he did make significant improvements over his skinny fat, starting point.
