you got that right , phil couldnt even get through arnolds pre contest routine he would die maybe half way through

casey viator even told me arnolds pre contest routine was brutal and would kill most people

I, like a lot of people, learned about bodybuilding from Arnold's book. I tried his superset routine for a couple of weeks. Chest/back supersets and legs all in one workout since I could only make one trip to the gym a day. It sucked.

totally agree. I think for Arnolds height and the availability to certain drugs, he did a pretty dam good job. I would love to see Arnold compete today with the availability of gear and info that is out there, as to what Lee said.
