I think the aftermath would be tough to deal with. However, I've always wanted to straighten someone's arm and hit through the elbow and just snap it. The aftermath for that would be pure hell.

My freshman yr in high school I dropped a guy on his head that kept fucking with me and then punched him 3x in the temple while he was ko'd on the concrete. He damn near died, fractured skull, major blood loss and 27 stitches. His mom thanks me about 7 yrs later when we worked together at the same bar. She said he was on a one way road to no where and me busting his ass woke him up.
