You can post from anywhere these days. Ive always posted on getbig while at work or school. With the advent of a smart phone or tablet, its pretty easy to post. Takes a few seconds, especially with voice recognition. This makes it even easier if you have an office job. I suspect people who have blue collar jobs who are outside all day can't post much.

I have close to 25K over a 9 year period. It averages to 9 posts a day. Hell, I can post 9 times on an hour lunch break.

2) do eat like a normal person. the only difference I would say is to make sure to eat a decent portion of meat each day.

3) do basic exercises. pushups, pull ups, sprints.
