I remember back in the 90s when everyone was complaining about how dangerous the diuretic protocols were and what the IFBB should do to combat it.  I guess with focus more on fullness vs. condition, I guess that successfully combated that. At least guys aren't pulling out of shows or having the dreaded "kidney birth defect" like they used to.  Slin still sucks and has contributed greatly to ruining bodybuilding.

Dieuretic use is not as dangerous as we think. My mother is on 3X 40mg lasix a day with stomach cancer and her kidneys aren't failing

As i was watching a thin euro bizness man puff 2 ciggs after his lunch, it made me think that running 600mg of test and healthy living really cant be all that bad for you considering what other people stuff down their throats and lungs on the daily. It makes me really question what these bbers who are dying are actally taking, cuz they are dropping at alarming rates. They must be realllly pushing the compounds and doses

Hope she has an easy way through that...

I was in a gym in the 90s and the owner was a powerlifter who also did some BB shows. Saw him take Lasix and it scared me how much water came out of him in half a day. Literally pissing every 10-15 minutes for hours.
