When did this happen? China just devalued their currency two days in a row crushing the rest of the worlds exports...Wouldn't be surprised if China has a Earthquake over the next couple days.

It's happening right now. And it appears that it was at a shipping container facility where "flammable" (understatement) items were stored.

That'll put another dent in their exports.
