What do men like Lee Priest put in their hair to slick it back?

Looks aesthetic as fuark and I may try the SS cut myself, I have not put anything in my hair since I was 10. What product do guys use to slick it back like this.

POMADE...USUALLY,STAYS SOFTER,GEL WORKS BUT DEPENDING ON KINDS,GET HARD HELMUT HEAD LOOK..HIS HAIR LOOKED GOOD IN A WAY DUE TO BEING BLONDE .

Few things.  Needs super straight hair, a decent thickness and lots of hair gel/cream.

I've been running a few different variations of the side part since like 2011.

The product is really important, for more of a slick look go with amcrew pomade.

The best thing is baby oil.

The paraffinum makes it greasy as hell and it lasts for ages. It can be touched and recombed easily and unlike many waxes and other products it allows for movement of the hair and does not freeze or dry it up. Also less chemicals. Baby oil for the slick look.

Priest seems to have this look, and also look at Deniro in Cape Fear in the opening prison scene and when he combs his hair in the public stall before he jumps on the boat.

my dad used vaseline,,he had jet black elvis hair in 50/60's slicked back...

It was common for men in the 50's to use hair oil. Vaseline, and I'm sure others, made oil-based products specifically for use on hair.

Get a bottle of the cheapest lemon juice at Kroger.  Put some in a color applicator bottle.
Just before your final hair rinse, run the lemon juice through your hair.  The acid in the lemon juice will dissolve the shampoo residue and your hair will be perfectly behaved.  Brush it as it dries.

L'oreal melting gel. Gives control and a nice look without the gel glue stiff hair. Just make sure it says melting gel. They make another produce in the same exact container that is glue type gel. 

Yes, me an NJFLEX are from Jersey. Guido's know hair.
