Well guys been training 2 months on and off

Totally unrelated to steroids, partially. I rekon my immune system was fuked from all the
Operations and hospital treatment
Good news is the new abcess is almost gone now with heavy antibiotics
And I'm training hard up to 210
Gear is low 500mg prop 500mg tren 350mg mast
No GH or slin.
1st September will go to 1g sust 600mg tren 100mg drol
Do that until mid October
Then down to 250mg test for 3 weeks
Then back up again.
Also being a lot more health concious,
Walking to the gym 1.5 miles there n 1.5 back
Taking NaC, garlic supp, omega 3, co enzyme 10, b12, vit c, vit d, magnesium
Taking in a load of veg with meals
Lol - this is a huge change for me haha the guy who blasted
7g, peptides , hgh , slin for 4 months non stop. And took no health supplement atall.
Whether the Supps do jack shit or not for my health who knows but placebo Innit.
Little update for you all
Made sure I was lean before growin, ran DnP followed by CLEN
For a month, got very very lean but went down to 194lbs!!!!
Back to get looks when I'm out ect when in a vest which helps with my biggorexia lol
