dj has come back with an extra 30lbs of muscle and 17" arms at 7 percent bf

thats elite level now

im sorry i doubted him

perhaps he can post up some inspirational pics of his new pro class physique  8)

not 30, more like 12, as i am 20 pounds heavier but about 8 of those pounds are water/fat  :-X

7 percent bf is still very ripped especially with 17" arms
