she threatened a cop. She was 100% legal, 100% within her rights until she threatened violence on another human being.
If she doesnt make that statement, and the cop urf's her, I'm all for firing his punk ass. BUT in this case, she says she was about to do him bodily harm, and he had to prevent that and protect himself.
And you just KNOW the first thing she did was entering booking was say "I never said that, I swear, I swear..."
THe video obviously made her public defender want to punch her again.
