but...... he appeals to that part of gym goers who have no idea what looks good, these are guys who just want to get huge, and are complete morons.

i see guys like this every morning at my gym all they do is lift weights, they dont look good they train heavy and do one set every 5 to

10 minutes= piana appeals to this segment , which allows him to make money- there will always be naive men out there, who believe

looking like rich is cool.

serious guys i see alot of older guys like this at my gym they come in every day dont do any cardio, have 0 cuts. do one set every five to 10 minutes with heavy weight

and bad form and think they are making progress- in my 20's i jused to think how much i lifted was the key to everything, ive gotten older and wiser.

form and pump over the amount of weight i lift now.
