I'm someone who currently has a top secret clearance and has had one for over 9 year. I can't begin to tell you how illegal this is. The general public won't know and I wouldn't expect them to as they don't know the ends and out. I can promise you. You will never see unclassified info turned into top secrect and especially compartmentalized. Zero chance
