Really awesome.

He's still standing, still strong, and still going.  Very happy for him.  It's nice to see.

Black don't crack? Ol' Flex is 50 going on 70. Damn, he looks OLD.

I'm white, 45, and I look about 20 years younger than Ken.

Okay, now let's move on to other matters.

Flex incline presses the 105s for a tough set of ... four. Herculean.  ::)

(And don't try the ... but maybe he had pre-exhausted ... -crap. Any way you slice it, dude's weak as a kitten.)

Good stuff. To see Flex in his prime was something you just don't see, especially now.

I posted about his sponsor "Wellness Fitness Nutrition " about a year and a half ago, they sell roids online, what a dumbass if he's desperate enough to post videos with and for a company claiming to be for overall wellness yet on there sight you can buy tren, abombs, dbol, winnyv and any type of test you want.  If I had one fucking kidney that wasn't even really mine these fuckers damn sure wouldn't be who I'd trust my life with.

He could have rented it, or someone else. It could have been for a day. Who cares.

You probably don't look nearly as young as you think. In all likelihood, you are deluded in this regard.

Wheeler is a bodybuilder, the amount of weight he uses is irrelevant. His goal is to achieve a certain look - not lift heavy weights.

Isn't it a rule or law of the universe though that Rico always needs to be 1/2 of Flex?  How poor does that make him?  How weak is his dumbell press?

Still. 105 for 4 reps is piss poor. Why even put that on film?
