OK, so I've lurked here for a few years, picking up the history etc. Then registered so I can search for topics. As someone who was in the game in the late 80's to mid 90's I've missed a lot of shit with regards to top level Pro's (hence my jumping on any Gary Strydom thread that comes along). But thanks to a bit of advice gleaned from AJ I now know how to post screenshots. So can someone please tell me, is this now the norm?

(ps - no hater here, I just can't decide how to take this guy having missed so much)

he does look good. Worked out at a 900 square foot gym near where I live back in the day near where I grew up in Pittsburgh. Guy has some major cash now too.

I think that it's conventional wisdom that the 90's were the era of strong androgens + strong diuretic usage that gave that peeled look. Culminating eventually in Muntzer's literal disintegration.

Now, the judges want a "fuller" looks, which has led to the overuse of GH and insulin, which gives the pros that "glazed donut" look.

And people wonder why folks are flocking to physique (phyfiscie)

He hasn't competed since 2008 IIRC. Now he just tries to maintain his fragile ego and preps people on the side.
