To be fair, I'm pretty sure I'd look a helluva lot worse after 5 hours in the sauna.  5 hours... in those plastic clothes... *shudder*

No problem finding a vein here though...  :o

I did this for a bodybuilding show one time.  Dropped 5 pounds in a sauna down to middleweights once I saw the light heavies (including Chris Cormier) and thought they just had too much size. I looked great at the weigh in.  Terrible the next morning.  Great again for the night show once I had already not placed at the prejudging, said screw it and drank a bunch of grapefruit juice and ate a Jumbo Jack with cheese.  Go figure, but it taught me a valuable lesson very early about how important body water was.

ive lost up to 6 lbs of water running on a very hot day

it leaves you feeling like shit and drained,  and its hard to recover fast from that.


it is dangerous to cut that much weight in a short time.
