I agree - those YouTube videos, particuarly with Evan Centopani? (mostly at something you guys call "Trader Joes"?) at least tried to offer some basic nutritional information as opposed to 'dealing with haters'...  So he seems like a good guy to me also

I like John Meadows,years ago he always got back to me in lenghtly PM`s on Mayhem...........truly a nice guy.


I saw him at the North Americas with Shelby Starnes and was gonna` talk to him but he was busy getting stage ready.


He trains harder than hell.......old school style and not many today would be able to keep up with him for long.
