It is kind of stupid to have Navy Mike still as a mod. He has no intentions of ever coming back. He posts at MD.

Honestly, they should replace Navy Mike with Wes. I can't think of a better dude to give "positive" training advice to people, than a geezer, who puts 99.9% of the human population to shame in the physique department.

I have given you tons of shit Wes, but it is all out of love and respect.

It really is a no brainer decision.
