Just drank spirulina for the first time. ....

Serious thread. ....

I got the Hawaiian powder as it seems to have the best results in studies. The shit tastes like frog semen (at least what I imagine frog semen tastes like).

Anyway it made my skin tingle like some older preworkout supps. Otherwise not much to note. Did I mention it tastes like tadpole shit?

Anyway. Thought I'd share.

Jack3d made my skin crawl but didn't taste too bad. It was one of the best recent pre workout supplements I've had. I think it has been discontinued though.

Nah. Just adding it to my diet. Shit is healthy as fuck. 1 teaspoon in water twice a day.

It's easier to get down than aloe gel.

I don't see quantities of anything listed and for that, would not use the stuff.

Here's what you get in a serving of progressive. Just gonna add I'M not that much "in the know" about this stuff, but just know i feel my best when I use it. I just always forget to drink it, lol!

Another good one is cytogreen's.

For about $1 each serving, it's a bargain. Costs that much just to get a little, tiny serving of frozen vegee's and not sure there is much nutrition in that anyway.
