Howard was one of the biggest getbig falls from grace I've ever seen. Not long ago people were like "oh Howard tell us your awesome bodybuilding stories from the old days" then it all came crashing down. People got tired of his perverted fart comments and now he is relegated to lurking. Filt!

Howard did have a strong mental regression. Sad to see.

Guys, it's been an incredibly entertaining 7 years reading and posting here, but it's time to call it quits. Why the goodbye post and not just stop posting period? Because someone I hold near and dear wants me to, and I need this person to see me do this. All my posts are being read anyway. This person thinks I'm too harsh and crass and that I can't be good for me. I've given up trying to explain that it's all in good fun and not to be taken literal, even my casual racism and rudeness. I'm nothing like this in real life and in a way we're just blowing off steam from a world steeped in blind PC. Alas, I've gotten nowhere with it.

 To those I've insulted, deep down you knew I never meant it. To those I've gone toe to toe like Bigmc, we done it in Getbig fashion of artful insults but never bringing family into it, even though i knew everyone's details and names long since, there's borders I never crossed. Those were the good years. Same goes for others I've had spats with.

You all take care now and always train hard!
