The only way the lawsuit would stick is if he is still doing his appearances as himself ( Kroc) and still abiding by his contract.. If muscle tech had issues with him being " janae Marie" and fired him after he was still abiding by contract then yes.. A suit.. But muscle tech did not hire " janae marie" and if he is doing appearances dressed as " her" then he broke his contract ect.. Either way I'm sure muscle tech is covered by their legal dept..
