Go to every social media and hashtag : #Flexat50... because the world needs to pay attention how Flex can go back in "shape" he has a good reason to do it :

" I need to get back in shape, because I can't go to the internet without seeing people posting pics of myself when I was in my 20's ...can't hide away from that "

I think he can get into shape, just not be bodybuilding shape. What he looked like back then, very few can look like that now. That's like Brian Buchanan trying to "get into shape".

Considering how great he once was, it's hard to even look at him now with all that synthol and those giant, shitty tribal tattoos. A fucking shame.

From what the other pros say about his ability to gain muscle, it means 2 things... he's incredibly lazy and he can get in great shape if he wants to.

But the oil in those arms isn't going anywhere unfortunately. $:-\$

Well, except probably to his heart, liver, kidneys and arteries.

what makes you think that he still has oil in his arms? If you look at his arms from when he was a younger (before he got his pro card) they looked the same. He mainly had Synthol in his delts, which have come down considerably. He may have had surgery or some type of procedure to remove the Synthol.

It was well known that Flex had synthol in every single body part.

From the youtubes he showed he is in very good shape for someone who claims that doesnt train and has very low testosterone in his system. All bullshit.

well known? In every single body part? And where did it go? Especially since his delts are severely down, and of course his arms are down due to him losing size. There were pics a few yrs ago flexing a bicep and there were clear striations and his bodyfat was low. What we should say is that we don't know what happened to the Synthol. But, what we do know is that he still works out, and it would be stupid for him to use Synthol now---especially since he has FG, and is just trying to stay healthy.

There is a lot of scar tissue and collagen which is permanent from all
the needles he used to stick in there. The oil itself gets absorbed pretty quickly.
Though it's pretty safe to say he will be filling them again, like Derek Anthony.

Look at the delts as well, lots of little lumps and bumps.
