I buy myprotein Whey Protein since it's cheaper than meat and has a higher biological value, I also take a multivitamin and glucosamine/msm/chondroitin plus I drink coffee. All other supplements are worthless including creatine.  I would never buy protein powder if meat was cheaper though.

The Americans that I've met were ok most of the time. Pretty talkative and easy going.
