Andreas Munzer liver: His liver weight 2879 grams (normal liver is between 1500 - 2000 grams). It showed yellow dystrophy, multiple adenomas, periportal fibrosis, bile duct proliferation, centrolibular cholestasis

Andreas Munzer testicles: His testicles showed testicular atrophy (obviously smaller one), with a walnut large cyst formation on the right testicle.

It was worth it I'm sure. Wish I had the balls (no pun intended) to do all that gear. My dying words would probably be "Bury me with my plastic trophies."
