I've thought the exact same thing.He had better condition than Haney.Inconsistency in judging criteria.

 ;D Look I totally agree with Arnold, these guys look like shit today, but Branch has his gut pretty much under control. Also take a look at pics of Arnold from the 1980 Olympia. Arnold has way more detail then Cedric even back then. You just can't give it to the guy who has the smaller waist.

Hard to find any good close up shots but even from such a far distance Arnold has great separation and vascularity.  It's the minor details that Cedric is lacking and size in some body parts too.
