Just got back from the gym

Leg workout today. The quads and calfs are pumped to the max. Hamstings are like cords of steel. And then my glutes. Like two soccer balls stuffed in my jeans. Chicks were honking their horns at me as I walked home. Now I will take a nap then go to my afternoon AA meeting, followed by Church. Awesome day so far.

Why didn't you put the gym money towards a car so you don't have to walk everywhere.

I doubt $19.00 a month will get me much of a car. My last car got repossessed when I was in the depths of my strip joint addiction. My credit is wrecked, so for now I'm walking or bicycling everywhere.

With that kind of hamstring tightness you're looking at back issues. This won't end well.

I do tons of stretching in my Karate classes, so I have tremendous flexibility in my hamstrings,  even though I'm doing the whole stack on the Cybex Leg Curl Machine.
