sparing, even if in good cardio shape is tough. I'll never forget getting totaly "owned" for having bad cardio. Good lesson also! If you don't train to fight, better be able to finish your opponent in less than 45 seconds. But then again, if you're not trained to fight, that won't happen unless you get lucky or the other guy is even less skilled.

He must have to inject at least 100ml per day per arm.  That damn sure ain't 5%bf.  As I posted earlier he is the personification of whats wrong w/ bb'ing & the world in general today.  So many assfaced idiots really believe if they can fake it everyone will believe it & this delusion is not just limited to bb'ing.  There are sooo many varying degrees of Piana's out there a production company could make some decent $$ depicting idiots like Piana living in some bodybuilding fantasy world injecting themselvs w/ all kinda shit to somehow achieve they're fantasy physique that no one in the entire goddam world gives a rat's ass about.
