Gironda didn't upgrade his equipment and got left behind especially after machines started appearing.

Only the preacher bench is a good piece of equipment because of the convex surfaces. Those wooden frames are too bulky and can loosen.

The rest of the stuff belongs in a museum.

Someone should scan all the photos and have high resolution copies for everyone to see. Would be a great way to remember Gironda. Vince had photos

of himself or with someone else all over his walls. What an ego. I never put a photo of myself up in my gym because of what I saw there.

Joe Gold also had a curious habit. He never walked past a mirror without checking himself out. I coined the phrase, "Never waste a mirror!"
