There are RHCA, RHCE, and RHCSA.

Every Redhat Cert expires after 2 versions of the OS.

So if you are an RHCE with RHEL 4, you are expired once RHEL 6 comes out.

I like Linux Mint. If I need to run anything from Windows I can just use Wine to emulate it or run it in a virtual machine.
