so I'm in sprouts today, doing a little shopping, and i see cswole come into the store. I had seen cswole in my gym a year ago, but i didn't know that he was a famous get bigger yet. so i was always hoping to run into him again.
so i hollered CSWOLE, WHATS UP. he came over and we shook hands, as he remembered me. we talked for a while, he's a good dude.
he's in shape, not like the skinny Popeye chicken cswole. he's just a big guy. no juice in him now.
i didn't really want to get into his personal life, as that's none of my business. but he's still doing his music, walking his new dog, lifting in a small gym. says he can hit the 100 pound dumbbells for curls, and 225 for reps on the bench.
i told him that he's one of the biggest stars in get bigs history, with the lollypops and cupcakes and small fries. i asked him about the Popeye chicken video, and he started laughing, saying that the women picked on him first. we were both laughing
