can be a combo of all or some of the following, depending on how I feel.
With pre workout meal, 200mg caffeine, 10mcg vinpocetine
2hrs later and 1hr pre training
3mg yohimbe
3gr tyrosine
200mg dmae
150-200mg adrafanil
200mg sulbutiamine
20mg geranium
16mg ephedrine (almost forgot!)
I never combine adrafanil and sulbutiamine though.
The caffeine, tyrosine dmae, vinpocetine and ephedrine as always taken. Others, as I feel.
No company is touching this. The geranium is almost never taken, would hardly even count it. Stuff just burns the CNS. Would not even try adrafanil with it, that stuff is real strong and lasts a long time. Needs a good 1.5 hrs to kick if not 2. If interested, get the powder as the caps come in 300mg format and I have yet to use that much.
